I enrolled my daughter at Lawrence Montessori shortly after she turned 3. She has
grown immensely and I have really seen her blossom in the Montessori environment.
I owe the progress she has made both socially and academically to Kiran and the
teachers at Lawrence Montessori. The program Kiran has developed is very rich in
terms of content, learning through shared experiences, balance in terms of verbal, math,
social skills taught. My daughter loves going to school, we love watching her develop
and enjoy access to the pictures and videos so we can learn about what she has done.
The progress she has made in the 9 months she has been at Lawrence Montessori is
truly remarkable. Thank you Kiran!

I am so pleased with the Lawrence Montessori School. My son has been attending since
he was 2 and has absolutely thrived in the environment. I have always felt so involved
and informed on his progress and I would without hesitation recommend the school!
Kiran Paek, the director is a wonderful teacher, consummate professional and always
available and helpful.

My daughter went here from Age 3-6 - I can't say enough about what an excellent
experience we had. Kiran came to know my daughter and our family well so she could
truly understand her. She has been able to successfully and fully optimize her potential
in terms of social, academic and other skills. My daughter came out of it extremely
strong, confident and happy. I had put my daughter in at Age 3 when we started
having problems with the 'run-of-the-mill' daycare that she used to go to - they started
complaining of her behavior problems (even though she was with them for 8 months)
and didn't know how to work together to resolve them. When I put her in Lawrence
Montessori, starting from Day 1, she had a tremendously joyful experience. Now my 3
year old son goes to here and I can't wait to see how well he flowers! She is an adept
pre-school teacher and while she is a strong Montessorian, she truly understands
Montessori principles and will adapt them as needed (as opposed to a rigid Montessori
approach). Her approach is very down to earth and intimate. It is also a very culturally
diverse school with some lovely families. Cultural diversity is also part of the program.

My 2 boys (ages 5 and almost 3) attend Lawrence Montessori and love it! As parents,
we have found this school to have a unique program that focuses on the children's all
round personality development as well as academics. My older son was reading at 4 but
more importantly, he's learned the lesson that its important to be kind, and courteous to
one's friends. The children practice a conflict resolution technique using a "peace rose"
to resolve the usual classroom squabbles.
There is a lot of support for the arts - Suzuki violin classes are offered as an extra with
an excellent teacher. Kids are involved in gardening, cooking, drawing and science
projects. Holidays from around the world are celebrated - Thanksgiving, Diwali, Chinese
New Year, among others. Kiran has had a wonderful influence on my family.
